Although not a fashion designer, he is definitely worth a research and look into as his work has amazing influences in the fashion industry. He has lectured at Central Saint Martins, the London College of Fashion, which has a well rounded name for itself within the industry. Also lecturing at the Ravensbourne College of Communication and the Royal College of Art. Previously the fashion editor at iconic lifestyle magazine Sleazenation, he has also written for Arena,Jack, Vogue, ELLE, Wallpaper*, The Sunday Telegraph, Nylon,Dazed & Confused, Loaded Fashion and Time Out. He has worked as a consultant for top brands including Levi’s, Braun and Orange. His first book Modern Menswear was published by Laurence King in 2008. After that he published a strong line of books that are of great use in fashion and really help studies, including; British Fashion Designers and 100 New Fashion Designers. Both books, I have looked into in the specific fashion library for my studies, and I hope to soon have my own copy of the books, except Modern Menswear, as I specify in Womenswear. But I feel they are amazing reads and they assist units really well and are great starting points. Definitely books I'd recommend. Above is an image of the front of 100 New Fashion Designers and an example of a page within the publication.
